featuring the 1993 Toyota MR2 Showroom Stock "B" Race Car

This was a banner year for the Rhino boy team. The team started the season using the '92 Sentra, but switched to the Toyota when the tire size became available. For this season the team took on the Kumho tire brand during its first full season in SCCA competition.

Terry was immediately competitive in the MR2, setting a track record in his first race in the car. Toward the end of the season, the team was solidly locked into second place in the division. It would take a miracle to win the Central Division title.

You can read all about it, but the miracle happened, an amazing sweep of the final five races of the season! Check out the final article where the team comes within a whisker of the National Championship.
